In order to bring the best solutions and outstanding refund incentives, from December 16, 2022, Saigon – Hanoi Bank (SHB) officially launches the international credit card product SHB Mastercard. The new Cashback replaces the SHB ManCity Visa Cashback card product that has stopped being issued.
Accordingly, SHB will automatically send notifications via text messages and emails to SHB Mancity Visa Cashback Cardholders who are eligible for conversion. At the same time, SHB will contact the cardholder to advise and instruct on how to convert and send a new card to customers.
During the conversion period, SHB Mancity Visa Cashback Card holders will continue to use it until March 31, 2022. The new SHB Mastercard Cashback card is activated for use when the old card (SHB Visa Mancity Cashback) has paid all outstanding debt and is in closed status.
In case the cardholder does not wish to convert, SHB will liquidate the card upon request from the cardholder and the cardholder please pay the entire remaining balance on the card according to the payment term.
In particular, on the occasion of launching the SHB Mastercard Cashback card, SHB offers customers countless outstanding incentives:
- Maximum refund of 7.2 million VND/year
- Additional refund of 200,000 VND for customers with earliest spending from 3 million VND/02 statement periods
- Annual fee refund for the first year and the following year
- 0% installment payment with flexible terms
