Currently, Google requires updating new encryption algorithms on mobile devices using the Android operating system. Accordingly, from March 18, 2022, customers using the Android operating system (for phone lines such as Samsung, Oppo, Xaomi, Realme…) when logging in to SHB Mobile will receive a notification requesting an update. new version again.
Therefore, to ensure that customers’ online payment transactions are smooth and uninterrupted, SHB recommends that customers Update the SHB Mobile application again on the Android operating system and perform the following operations:
- For Android customers without fingerprint registration: customers update the new version of SHB Mobile without activating Smart OTP
- For Android customers who registered their fingerprint and forgot their password: After updating, customers will need to change their password and re-register their fingerprint according to the normal operation flow (Please see the user manual). here)
